• Is ImmoMaps free?
  Listings are paid according to the desired duration.
  
  Real estate professionals can post unlimited listings with a subscription and get ad space at 'find a realtor'. Prices (visible only for professional accounts - create account)
• How do I publish on ImmoMaps?
  To be able to publish ads you need to create an account on ImmoMaps. (for free)
  
  After registration you can publish ads under "My publications".

• How do I share my listing?

  Log in to your ImmoMaps account, then go to “my publications” and click on “edit”.
• How do I change the price of my publication?
  Log in to your ImmoMaps account, go to “my publications” and then click on “edit” to adjust the price.
   
  FYI: Users who have saved your ad will receive an email from your ImmoMaps ad if a price drop of >1% has taken place.
• My property has been rented out / sold, what now?
  You can take your publication offline or delete it.
  
  Tip: Place your publication offline until you are sure that your property has been rented out or sold.
• Can I place the same publication several times?
  No, multiple publications / spam by the same user for the same property are not allowed according to the ImmoMaps terms of use and will be removed by ImmoMaps without compensation.
• My property is under offer, under option or sold under reservation, what now?
  No problem, in the meantime you can change the status of your ad to "under offer", "under option" or "sold with reservation".
• Are my contact details visible when I place an ad on ImmoMaps?
  - Your e-mail address is not visible, you can be contacted via the contact form with your publication
  - Your phone number is visible if entered
